This stunning Alfa Romeo 2000 GTAm Evocation is a perfect example and ready for track use whilst also retaining enough comfort for touring.

Finished in the classic Giallo Ochre with a contrast nose along with Black Leather & Alcantara interior.

This car benefits from having a full bare-metal restoration between 2013 & 2015 when the roof, outer & inner sills, floor pans and boot floor were all replaced and the entire car has been seam welded. The wings, bonnet, boot lid and scuttle panel are now all glass fibre making this a very lightweight example. The full roll cage made from cold bent steel was painted and polished prior to fitting. All windows were replaced with lightweight lexan panels.

The engine was fully stripped, soda blasted and cleaned prior to rebuild. The head was ported and polished and fast road/track day cams were fitted to replace the standard setup. An aluminium inlet manifold was fitted along with inlet trumpets to the carbs. The car has recently been fitted with an uprated distributor and a lightweight steel race flywheel helping the car rev even faster. A race manifold and custom made side exit exhaust finishes off the enhanced engine specification.

The battery is relocated to the boot and is accompanied in there by a custom made fuel cell with external boot lid filler and a facet fuel pump.

All suspension parts were media blasted and painted whilst rear arms were lightened as per original race cars. Uprated polybushes were fitted where applicable as well as a handling pack including Bilstein dampers. The brakes were uprated to a big caliper set fitted with drilled & grooved discs and racing pads along with a Wilwood bias valve fitted inside the car. GTAm style 13×8” wheels fitted with Avon ZZS tyres complete the handling upgrades.

Inside the car is adorned with black alcantara to the doors, dash, centre console and headlining as well as to the centre of the leather bucket seats. 4 point harnesses are fitted to the roll cage. A Momo Prototipo steering wheel provides the cabin with the final racing touch.

Recent works includes a full service with timing adjustments, valve clearance adjustments, new plugs and coil pack and full geometry setup.
